Before you start

  • Use a Windows x64 PC with internet access.
  • Install Google Chrome and have your own Google account with Flow access.

Steps

  1. Understand who provides generation

Google Flow generates results using your own Google account. GFlow4AI operates Flow through Chrome; it does not grant Google access, credits, or exemptions from account checks.

There is no separate Flow Studio account to sign in to.

  2. Read costs before scaling up

Model, operation, and output count matter. The app reads Flow’s displayed creation price before submission and applies local caps; those caps do not replace Google’s balance or policies.

Review credit and cost and test a small request before increasing concurrency.

  3. Know what stays on the PC

App settings, profile data, and local records are kept on this PC; output files use the results folder. Google sign-in and Flow work still need internet access.

Use safety and data before sharing files or backups. Keeping local data does not make cookies or API keys safe to publish.

  4. Choose manual work or agent access

You can work in Studio without configuring an agent. Local MCP and REST are optional and use API keys for client access.

Start with Connect an agent only when you need it, set appropriate limits, and keep the desktop app available for local work.

When it worked

You understand the account and network requirements and can choose the appropriate guide for your next task.

If something goes wrong

Can I use the website preview to create with my account?

The web preview displays sample data. Use the Windows desktop app for real profiles and work.

Can several accounts be used?

Profiles provide separate Chrome data and optional proxies. Each still needs its own Google sign-in and Flow access; rotation does not bypass account restrictions.

Does closing Chrome always cancel a video?

No. Qualified accepted jobs can be tracked with Chrome closed. Use the app’s waiting mode and job status rather than manually closing browsers during submission.

Are updates automatic?

The portable public package does not auto-update. Back up data and results, close the app, then replace the program files.
