Before you start

  • Have a Google profile available in Flow Studio; complete Google sign-in if needed.
  • Plan the result and check the selected profiles and credit estimate before sending.

Steps

  1. Read the failure before acting

Open the failed job and read its stage and error. Separate failure before submission, uncertain submission, generation failure and download failure.

Do not assume every retry creates a new result or every failure means Flow did nothing.

  2. Use recovery for existing results

When the job is resumable, retry only downloads the existing result and does not create again. A signed-link 403 triggers a fallback through the profile Chrome; if both paths fail, use the download retry.

For uncertain submission, open Flow first. The confirmation warns that creating again may spend additional credit.

  3. Cancel only with the limits understood

Use the cancellation action only when available for the job state. Cancellation does not guarantee Flow stops work it already accepted or refunds credit.

Removing finished entries from the list is separate from deleting local files, and does not delete Flow content.

When it worked

The job is recovered, explicitly retried with the risk understood, or cancelled without accidental duplicate submission.

If something goes wrong

Why is retry asking for confirmation?

The app cannot confirm whether Flow accepted the previous click. Inspect Flow before authorizing another creation.

Does cancellation refund credits?

Do not assume a refund. Accepted Flow work may continue and its charge is distinct from the local queue state.
