Before you start

  • Have a completed output created through Flow Studio.
  • Keep the original profile available for Flow actions or re-downloads.

Steps

  1. Start from the tracked output

Open the result in Studio or Library and choose its Flow-opening action when available. The action uses the recorded source profile/project rather than an arbitrary signed-in account.

  2. Inspect the correct project

Keep the original Google profile signed in. Use the Chrome viewer to inspect the source project and confirm the output exists, especially before retrying an uncertain submission.

A local downloaded file alone does not restore an item removed from Flow.

  3. Respect project ownership

The app manages projects and items it created. It does not rename, move or delete your unrelated Flow projects/items and never automatically deletes Flow content.

Deleting a local library file does not delete the Flow output. Conversely, deleting the Flow source can break later extensions or downloads.

When it worked

The output source opens under the correct profile for inspection.

If something goes wrong

Why does another Google account not show it?

The result belongs to the original account/project. Use its recorded profile, not another account.

Why does a follow-up say the original is gone?

The Flow source may have been removed or become inaccessible. The app does not recreate the original merely by opening its local file.
