Synchronize characters to profiles. Follow the controls and check the result before continuing.
Before you start
- Keep the character reference images on this machine and use media you have permission to use.
- Have a clear name and description; Google sign-in is needed later for Flow synchronization.
Steps
Understand source and copies
The character and voice source is on this machine. Flow copies are recreated separately for the receiving profiles; matching a name in Flow does not establish ownership.
The app tracks the Flow IDs of copies it created and never deletes characters or voices in Flow.
Choose target profiles
Use Đồng bộ lên hồ sơ and select the profiles that need the character. Each selected profile receives a synchronization job in Hàng chờ.
Alternatively, mention the character in a generation prompt: asset preparation builds or updates the required copy automatically.
Check completion and future updates
Follow synchronization in Hàng chờ. Creating these character/voice copies costs 0 credit; if Flow presents a positive price, the app stops.
Editing the local name, appearance, personality or voice makes existing copies stale. Synchronize again or allow preparation on the next use; the old Flow copy is not deleted.
When it worked
The selected profiles have current Flow copies of the local character.
If something goes wrong
Why is the job waiting?
Open Hàng chờ and read the profile status. Check sign-in, held profiles, available credit and queue pause before submitting anything again.
Why is the character marked for update?
A local field changed after the last synchronization. The machine source remains authoritative; synchronize or use it again to refresh the profile copy.
